Fantasy Football Start ’Em Sit ’Em Week 11: Who to Play and Who to Bench

Published on

This week marks the final overseas game of the season, as the Miami Dolphins face the Washington Commanders in Madrid, Spain. We had mixed results last week, but we’re aiming for a stronger showing this time around.

Week 10 Results

Dalton Kincaid was having a solid outing before suffering an injury in the third quarter and not returning. Rome Odunze caught six of his 10 targets for 86 yards and a touchdown, finishing with 20 fantasy points. Quinshon Judkins managed only 10 points, but with 22 touches, it’s clear the offense trusts him, and the production will follow eventually.

Once again, I said to sit Ashton Jeanty, and once again he proved me wrong. Both offenses struggled last Thursday, but Jeanty scored Vegas’s only touchdown and ended with 15 points. D’Andre Swift rushed for 80 yards and caught five passes for 14 fantasy points. Our best sit call was Jordan Love, who totaled just seven points with 176 passing yards and no touchdowns.

Start ’Em

TreVeyon Henderson, RB, New England Patriots

Henderson exploded against the Buccaneers and reminded everyone why the Patriots drafted him. He rushed 14 times for 147 yards and two touchdowns, flashing elite speed on his second score. The Patriots have found their spark, and Henderson deserves more touches in Mike Vrabel’s offense. With Rhamondre Stevenson ruled out, Henderson should see a full workload and will feast on the Jets’ poor run defense.

Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Miami Dolphins

Tua put up 15 points in last week’s upset win over the Bills, though he did throw two interceptions. Still, his play has steadily improved in recent weeks, and his chemistry with Jaylen Waddle is heating up. With Washington’s secondary among the league’s weakest, this matchup in Madrid sets up perfectly for Tua to post one of his best fantasy games of the season.

Colston Loveland, TE, Chicago Bears

Loveland followed his breakout against Cincinnati with another strong effort versus the Giants, catching all four targets for 55 yards, including a key grab during Chicago’s late comeback. He’s earning a bigger target share each week while Cole Kmet has been used more as a blocker. Loveland should continue to be a reliable option against Minnesota.

Sit ’Em

Tez Johnson, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Johnson has been a bright spot for Tampa Bay while Chris Godwin and Mike Evans have been sidelined, catching two touchdowns last week. However, he faces a far tougher test against Buffalo. The Bills rank third in passing yards allowed per game, and their secondary should make things difficult for the rookie.

Luke Musgrave, TE, Green Bay Packers

Green Bay’s offense looked lost last week, and Musgrave finished with just three targets. He’ll likely see more involvement with other tight ends injured, but he hasn’t proven consistent enough to trust in fantasy lineups yet.

David Montgomery, RB, Detroit Lions

Montgomery remains a dependable RB2 behind Jahmyr Gibbs, but his efficiency continues to lag. He posted 71 yards on 15 carries and added one reception for a 10-point performance last week. Facing Philadelphia’s stout run defense, and with Gibbs taking on a growing share of touches, Montgomery is a risky start in Week 11.
