Sandman Legend Picks: Week Of Oct 16
There are plenty of great matchups this weekend, including four college football showdowns between ranked teams. In two of them, our experts feel confident, with eight of the eleven backing both Ole Miss and Tennessee in their respective battles against Georgia and Alabama.
The other two are more divided, with a narrow 6 to 5 edge toward Vanderbilt over LSU, and seven of eleven liking USC’s chances to cover in South Bend.
On the NFL slate, the most unified pick from our Legends comes in Los Angeles, where eight of eleven like the Chargers to cover the small 1.5 point line at SoFi against the red hot Colts.
The biggest game of the week might be Monday night’s clash between the Lions and Buccaneers, which is nearly split down the middle, with six backing Detroit and five siding with the banged up Bucs.
Robot Rob continues to dominate with his weekly consistency, but this Legends group is sharp, resilient, and due for a heater. Could this be the week?
