The Legends continue to struggle to find their footing overall, but there are a couple of bright spots. Brandon Lewis and Ken Wintermote both boast solid season-long records and have dramatically closed the gap on our fun little AI friend, Robot Rob, who has hit a bit of a downswing over the past couple of weeks.
There is plenty of dissension among the experts this week, with only two games showing clear favorites. The first is Memphis vs. Tulane, where nine of our eleven pickers are riding with the Tigers, leaving Yumusaklar and Wintermote as the only believers in the Green Wave. The other is the SEC showdown between LSU and Alabama, where only Bierman, Paston, and Robot Rob are giving the Bayou Bengals a shot to cover.
Even without the marquee matchups we’ve grown accustomed to in recent weeks, this should still be an entertaining and fun weekend of football. Here’s hoping our Legends can fatten a few wallets and spark a late-season surge as the schedule starts to wind down.
