Week 11 is upon us, and it brings with it nine divisional matchups. Seasons are made or lost here. Here’s how every game stacks up, complete with odds, analysis, and score predictions.
Since starting the season 0-7, the Jets have pulled off two straight wins and gained some momentum. Special teams played a huge role in their 27-20 win, as New York scored a kick return and punt return touchdown within 36 seconds of each other. The passing offense remained non-existent, with Justin Fields throwing for just 54 yards, 42 of which came on one screen pass.
The Patriots collected a huge road win against the Buccaneers, sending a signal to the rest of the AFC that this team is for real. TreVeyon Henderson finally had his breakout game and emerged as a home run threat. His two long touchdown runs of 50+ yards sealed the deal. New England wields one of the best run defenses in the league, which matches up nicely against the run-heavy Jets.
Prediction: Patriots 28, Jets 27
Divisional games can be tricky, but the Patriots find a way to squeak out a win.
Commanders (3-7) at Dolphins (3-7)
Sunday, Nov. 16 – 9:30 a.m. | Line: Dolphins -2.5
The defensive woes continued for Washington last week as they got crushed 44-22. It’s hard to win when the defense gives up points on nearly every drive. Marcus Mariota played efficiently, but a poor third-down offense allowed Detroit to pull away. Sitting at 3-7 with their starting QB out for the year, it feels like the Commanders can start thinking about next season.
The Dolphins shocked the Bills 30-13 in what was easily the biggest surprise of the week. A dominant defensive effort kept Buffalo off the board until the fourth quarter. De’Von Achane tallied 225 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns, proving why Miami was wise to keep him at the trade deadline.
Prediction: Dolphins 35, Commanders 20
Miami’s offense keeps rolling past a bad Commanders squad.
Packers (5-3-1) at Giants (2-8)
Sunday, Nov. 16 – 1 p.m. | Line: Packers -7
For the second week in a row, the Packers wasted a stellar defensive performance. They held the Eagles to just 10 points but still couldn’t find a way to win. Matt LaFleur’s offensive play-calling has come under fire, and despite a 72-36 record with Green Bay, his seat may be getting warm.
Brian Daboll’s tenure with the Giants is finally over after blowing a 10-point fourth-quarter lead against the Bears. Daboll won Coach of the Year in 2022 but has since overseen multiple losing seasons. With a midseason firing and young phenom quarterback Jaxson Dart in concussion protocol, New York’s focus now turns to its next head coach search and building toward a better 2026.
Prediction: Packers 20, Giants 17
Green Bay gets back on track to keep pace in the NFC North.
Texans (4-5) at Titans (1-8)
Sunday, Nov. 16 – 1 p.m. | Line: Texans -7
The Texans pulled off a massive 19-point comeback to stun the Jaguars. Backup QB Davis Mills led the second-largest comeback in franchise history, keeping Houston’s playoff hopes alive. The defense tightened up in the second half, allowing the offense to score 26 points in the fourth quarter.
The Titans, coming off their bye, now sit alone in the driver’s seat for the first overall pick. Their season is effectively over. Tennessee averages just 14.4 points per game, the lowest in the league, and now faces the NFL’s top-rated defense.
Prediction: Texans 27, Titans 6
Houston rolls to .500 behind another dominant defensive performance.
Panthers (5-5) at Falcons (3-6)
Sunday, Nov. 16 – 1 p.m. | Line: Falcons -3.5
The Panthers have been a mystery all year, beating good teams but losing to bad ones. Their offense continues to sputter, averaging just 11 points per game over the last four weeks. The defense has kept them afloat, but they must find some consistency soon if they hope to reach the postseason.
The Falcons dropped a 31-25 overtime thriller to the Colts, falling further behind in the playoff race. They allowed an eye-popping 286 yards and three touchdowns to Jonathan Taylor. Offensive coordinator Zac Robinson’s seat is warming as the offense continues to underperform.
Prediction: Panthers 23, Falcons 21
Carolina keeps its playoff hopes alive with a road win.
Bears (6-3) at Vikings (4-5)
Sunday, Nov. 16 – 1 p.m. | Line: Vikings -3
The Bears squeaked out a 24-20 comeback win over the Giants, leaning on a strong rushing attack and defense. Now tied with the Lions atop the NFC North, Chicago faces a tough stretch with four divisional games remaining.
Minnesota’s comeback attempts fell short in a 27-19 loss to the Ravens. J.J. McCarthy threw two interceptions, and penalties killed momentum all afternoon. The Vikings had eight false starts at home, a fitting summary of their frustrating day.
Prediction: Vikings 31, Bears 27
Minnesota bounces back to stay in the playoff hunt.
Chargers (7-3) at Jaguars (5-4)
Sunday, Nov. 16 – 1 p.m. | Line: Chargers -3
The Chargers rode a strong defensive performance to a 25-10 win over the Steelers. The offense started slow but did enough to secure the victory and stay within striking distance in the division.
The Jaguars blew a 19-point lead against Houston, losing valuable ground in the AFC South. Trevor Lawrence was sacked five times, and the offense never found rhythm late. This game could decide wild-card positioning down the stretch.
Prediction: Jaguars 30, Chargers 24
Jacksonville rebounds with a key home win.
Buccaneers (6-3) at Bills (6-3)
Sunday, Nov. 16 – 1 p.m. | Line: Bills -5.5
Tampa Bay dropped a close one to the Patriots, its second loss in three games. Emeka Egbuka was a bright spot, finishing with 115 yards and a touchdown. With Mike Evans and Chris Godwin aging, Egbuka is clearly cementing his status as the WR1 in Tampa.
Buffalo’s momentum vanished after a humbling 30-13 loss to Miami. The Bills remain one of the league’s biggest enigmas, dominating contenders one week and collapsing the next. With a brutal schedule ahead, their margin for error is shrinking.
Prediction: Bills 31, Buccaneers 24
Buffalo rebounds behind its running game.
Bengals (3-6) at Steelers (5-4)
Sunday, Nov. 16 – 1 p.m. | Line: Steelers -5.5
The Bengals’ defense has been awful, but the offense is red hot. Joe Flacco has led Cincinnati to an average of nearly 38 points per game over his three starts. Despite the odds, they’re still in the playoff picture.
The Steelers were flat on primetime against the Chargers. The offense was stagnant, going just 2-for-11 on third downs, while Aaron Rodgers tossed two interceptions. Their defense remains elite, but it can only carry them so far.
Prediction: Bengals 35, Steelers 31
Cincinnati takes advantage of extra rest to pull off a big divisional win.
49ers (6-4) at Cardinals (3-6)
Sunday, Nov. 16 – 4:05 p.m. | Line: 49ers -3
The 49ers were dismantled at home last week, giving up 42 points in a stunning loss. Christian McCaffrey was neutralized, and the defense looked lost. With Brock Purdy’s return nearing, this may be the team’s last game before a reset.
The Cardinals trailed 35-0 before halftime last week, marking yet another low point in a miserable season. On the bright side, Trey McBride has undoubtedly become one of the best tight ends in the league.
Prediction: 49ers 28, Cardinals 17
San Francisco steadies the ship with a road win.
Seahawks (7-2) at Rams (7-2)
Sunday, Nov. 16 – 4:05 p.m. | Line: Rams -3
The Seahawks cruised to a 44-22 win over the Cardinals, relying heavily on the run after jumping out early. At 7-2, they look like legitimate NFC contenders, but this game will be an interesting test.
The Rams, led by an MVP-caliber Matthew Stafford, have been on fire. Both teams enter on four-game win streaks, tied atop the NFC West. This matchup could very well determine the division champion.
Prediction: Rams 31, Seahawks 30
Los Angeles edges out Seattle in a thriller to take sole possession of first place in the West.
Chiefs (5-4) at Broncos (8-2)
Sunday, Nov. 16 – 4:25 p.m. | Line: Chiefs -3.5
The Chiefs find themselves in unfamiliar territory, sitting 2.5 games back in the division and fighting to stay alive. The defense remains elite, but the offense hasn’t hit its stride yet. Still, with Patrick Mahomes under center, they’re never out of it.
The Broncos survived an ugly 10-7 win over the Raiders. The defense continues to dominate, but offensive consistency remains an issue.
Prediction: Chiefs 23, Broncos 17
Kansas City wins a defensive battle thanks to the best QB in the game.
Ravens (4-5) at Browns (2-7)
Sunday, Nov. 16 – 4:25 p.m. | Line: Ravens -8.5
Baltimore handled a feisty Minnesota, earning its third straight win after a 1-5 start. The defense held both Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison under 40 yards, showing major improvement. With Lamar Jackson heating up, the Ravens could still take the AFC North.
The Browns fell just short against the Jets and continue to struggle on offense. Dillon Gabriel and the passing attack have been lifeless, while Quinshon Judkins remains the lone bright spot. Cleveland’s defense keeps them competitive, but big changes may be coming.
Prediction: Ravens 33, Browns 16
Baltimore stays hot and climbs back to .500.
Lions (6-3) at Eagles (7-2)
Sunday, Nov. 16 – 8:20 p.m. | Line: Eagles -2.5
The Lions dominated Washington last week, scoring on every possession. Dan Campbell called plays and was flawless, leading an offense powered by the “Sonic and Knuckles” backfield of Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery.
The Eagles may be 7-2 and leading the NFC, but the vibes aren’t great. A.J. Brown has been frustrated with his usage, and the offense looks off. A narrow 10-7 win over Green Bay won’t inspire much confidence.
Prediction: Eagles 27, Lions 24
Philadelphia survives at home to stay atop the NFC.
Cowboys (3-5-1) at Raiders (2-7)
Sunday, Nov. 17 – 8:15 p.m. | Line: Cowboys -3.5
Dallas needed the bye week after a brutal loss to the Cardinals. The Cowboys were active at the trade deadline, adding DT Quinnen Williams and LB Logan Wilson to bolster the defense. With time running out, every game now feels like a must-win.
The Raiders’ nightmare season continued in a 10-7 loss to Denver. Vegas has had just two winning seasons in the past 23 years, and it is clear change is coming. Expect major offseason moves, possibly including a new quarterback.
Prediction: Cowboys 35, Raiders 27
Dallas gets its offense back on track and takes down the struggling Raiders.
